SOLD!

I have a 1973 Playpac Hitch Hut I wish to sell, it has a custom swinging Solar array with adjustable support rod, on the rear providing shade below when raised. One of 4 panels is damaged. 3 Vmax Solar Batteries, a Renogy Charge Controller, Bluetooth accessory is available from Renogy. 2 110V Inverters, one is switched with receptacle, 12V exterior light, interior lights and many 12V ports inside and out. Modifications to the shower/bath, an installed vault toilet with external hookup below with hose and adapters, rear bumper mounted cargo box, and propane tank with mount, spare tank included. Original tongue jack. 2 leveling jacks, and jack stand. "LEGO"style leveling pads for wheels with bag.

I installed heavy duty commercial carpet tiles. Removable oak twin bed platform with mattress, storage below and vent grill installed. One original clothing hanging closet next to bath, with oak 12V vanity light fixture, brass swing arm light, CO2 detector, smoke alarm, oak toilet roll mount, fire extinguisher, oak magazine rack, removable custom oak "bucket toilet/chair" setup with oak toilet seat hidden below. Front mounted spare tire carrier. Original clearance lights, though one amber lense is damaged , new rear tail/brake/turn signal lights with chrome license plate frame. Replaced black vinyl trim inserts. Exterior 110V locking power cord access hatch, and locking AC Exhaust Cover. Built in Portable AC Unit and duct. Exterior water connection to Stainless steel sink faucet, and bathroom faucet. External drain connection, although no water heater or tanks. Built in 110V Vacuum System with hoses/accessories and inverter.

The majority of the exterior has been cleaned/polished near new removing the poorly applied paint done by an owner previously, but has had areas sanded/repaired. Vinyl striping has been removed. The roof has been "cutout" and raised by a previous owner, but had failed previously, I installed an insulated roof structure over the top that can be fiberglassed easily, and I did the ceiling cosmetically.

The Playpac Hitch Hut, has a torsion axle with electric brakes, but not currently wired completely, I am unsure of their condition. It has the original 110V Breaker Box, external certification badge, but most of the 110 Volt electrical system has been removed. It has original wheels and "Baby Moon" hubcaps. Front cabinet, and counter top installed with Built in Vacuum System, access to the 3 Solar Batteries, storage and 110V "Mini Fridge", although I have never operated it. The original Stainless steel sink and faucets have been relocated to provide a larger bathroom/shower with custom door with bubble window. The original bench storage seats and tabletop were removed and replaced with the oak twin bed platform and mattress with relocatable or removable swinging oak table. The interior has been insulated with "Reflectix Insulation" by a prior owner. The plexiglass dome was removed, and roof raised.

I have lived in it full time for over a year in Quartzsite and Kingman Arizona, and towed it back to Mesa yesterday. Where I wish to advertise and sell.

The tires are in good condition, with the spare wheel only.

Also has portable/removable Oak cabinet with propane single burner stove, and base for the additional full size propane tank inside, also has folding table can be used inside or out also has a Mr Heater "little buddy" Heater which is removable.

I have a DuoTherm propane furnace I will include, but have never installed it or operated it.

It has an Olympic Catalytic Heater with Built in propane lines and tee to the rear tank which heats the unit well.

Two Champion 2000 watt inverter/generators with brand new parallel link accessory, may be included depending on price Offered. Both are very recently purchased and serviced daily, with nearly 1000 spent. 1 alone will operate the AC installed.

I Wish to sell ASAP, as I am seeking permanent housing.
