SOLD.

1974 ECO 13 with the original tan and brown paint. It has a Dometic air conditioner on the roof. The axle has been replaced and a 3 inch lift added. The frame has not been replaced. The tires were replaced this year.

It has a small double bed in the back, which can be converted into a table or workspace easily. The single front couch can be set as a small single bed, bunk beds, or it can be used as a small dinette with the installed lagun table mount. The original cushions and bunkbed hardware are included.

There is a matching vintage style awning from Marti s Awnings with two poles and ropes included.

The electrical, propane and water systems all work. There is a microwave installed in the bottom of the closet. I have used a dorm fridge in it for the last few years, but it is easily removed, and could be replaced with something else if you were wanting to use it off grid.

Tiny is almost 50 years old, and has a lot of life left in her. I wasn t up to making fiberglass repairs, and the local shop was always too busy to do what I wanted to be done before it could be painted. It does need some body work.
The registration and title are current.

The jalousie side windows were removed and resealed two years ago. The front and back windows were replaced this year. The title and registration are up to date.

I’m not sure if the photos are still loading or not? Suggestions on how to fix that would be appreciated.

Always the same question with me! Do you know what it weighs?

Posted by Pat Stipe (2 years ago)

Dry weight was 850 pounds. With the refrigerator and additions, it’s probably closer to 1,000.

Posted by thrifty bill (2 years ago)

Given microwave and AC, weight will typically be higher. At this price, it should last about a nanosecond. Anyone with interest needs to move FAST.

Hi! I’m super duper interested and sent you a PM!

Posted by Pat Stipe (2 years ago)

It has a 4 pin tow connector, and no brakes on the trailer.

Posted by thrifty bill (2 years ago)

Kind of shocked its not gone already. If the title said "Boler" surely it would be gone.

It sold this afternoon. Only reason it didn’t sell yesterday, is because I couldn’t figure out how to get the pictures uploaded. : -(
