I purchased this Mity lite Space Master about a year ago as a basket case,

Floor was rotted out and all parts were removed. I replaced the floor after inspecting the frame and used two sheets of 3/4 marine plywood stacked so real strong and no issues moving forward. I cleaned up all interior parts and re installed using Stainless steel screws and nuts and bolts. I built a new kitchenet and added a larger sink with new pump faucet. I added a new 10 gallon water tank with outside fill spout and drain to the outside as well.

I did not install a stove as I was wanting to use a coalmen stove on the counter or outside on a picnic table. I built a new table for the inside but made it with legs not the post like they came from the factory so it to could be moved outside if needed.

I installed new LED lighting to the inside and side markers outside but kept the original tail lights as they fit a molded area of the trailer and I rebuilt the bulb housing in them. All new wiring throughout I have a inverter I was going to install that would allow 120V from the battery to 1 outlet for phone charging or TV but have not installed that as of yet.

I have not done the cushions or curtains yet I though I would let the new owner do that so they could make it their own and that's pretty cheap to do.

I had the canvas top windows replaced and added a new seal around the top and door.

This is still not perfect but very close and is reflected in the price.
