1975 Perris Pacer 13 Fiberglass Trailer
Restored classic vintage trailer with many upgrades.
No leaks ever.
Has two burner stove, sink and water tank with electric pump.
Recent three tone exterior paint
Upgraded electricals with huge 5000w converter/charger and two deep cycle 6v batteries in series; usb outlets added as well as extra outlets.
Upgraded bedding with thick memory foam toppers, bed extender and designer sheets sleeps 3
Interior has been restored including new wall covering, new paint and restored cabinetry inside.
It is possible to also set this up with bunk beds, I have the top bunk piece but you would have to obtain or build the support structure.

Included in sales price is window ac and mount gets set up in window when needed in five mins
Extras available not included in sales price: propane heater set up indoor safe, runs off tank with hose , small generator powerful enough to run ac when needed , 12v fridge, brand new never used porta potty and shower tent for ext. potty use .
