Rebuilt from the shell in with a unique layout suited for 1 or 2 people. Currently set up for single travel in permanent sleep mode, it could easily be changed to accommodate 2 or to include a dining area.
No propane but electrical is thoroughly modern with solar hookup 100 w portable panel included , led fixtures in and out, device charging points, numerous DC and AC plugs and Progressive Dynamics power centre. New deep cell battery.
Interior, including cabinetry is constructed of birch ply over restored framing, floor marine ply and insulation.
Much more storage and counter space than the traditional layout for 13 footers.
Sink and electric water pump with a 5 gallon jug under the sink cabinet. Easy access door from the outside for water and waste jug maintenance.
Portable propane stove included on pull out shelf, microwave included also on pullout shelf which could alternately be used for portable fridge/freezer or cooler.
Needs some small repairs to shell and paint touch ups, especially in the band area. All materials for shell repair and maintenace including marine paint to be included. Windows need some work. Small tweaks needed to electrical.
