Clear title in hand
1977 Trillium 1300 Travel Trailer
This trailer is similar to a Scamp, Boler, Casita, Burro, etc...
I just bought this little trailer in So Cal, but have decided that I don't have the time to fix it up.
Brake lights and signals work with new LED lights and it has 2 new wheels and tires purchased a month ago with less than 3000 miles on them.
New propane regulator and line. The fridge I have plugged into 110V and it did get cold freezer portion chilled but I have not tested it on propane or 12v.
Windows have been rebedded with new butyl tape.
Roof is solid with no leaks.
Some areas of the floor will need to be repaired.
