Model: 4500 deluxe it has an extra jalousie window in the kitchen and upper shelving above the dining/bed area.

Sleeps four two on the bed and two on the front bunks

Weight: the spec sheet on the closet door says 2000 lbs. GVW but I don t think it s that heavy. I ve seen many of this model where they say it s 1600 lbs which seems right. Either way it pulls like a dream.

It has a tongue weight of about 150lbs. I can pick it up and maneuver it by hand.

No bathroom.

Equipped with three burner propane stove works , sink with regular and pump faucets we only used the regular water faucet with external hookup, never the pump faucet/water tank , original Dometic three way refrigerator works on all three power sources, but it s not the best , original power converter. It had a propane heater that was removed. We use the vent for a portable air conditioner which is included.

The dining table converts into a full size bed. You can set it up as a small dinette or put the extension in for a larger table. The table needs a latch replaced on the extension.

The original bag awning is included and in good condition.

Original cushions are in good condition.

All lights and plugs work except the rear brake lights. I believe it s just a grounding issue. I planned to replace them with LEDs and just used magnetic towing lights which work fine.

The tires are new but it needs a new spare.

Wheel bearings have recently been packed.

There s some wear to the gel coat but no major damage or repairs to the fiberglass. There s one cracked glass pane on one of the jalousie windows.

What it needs pretty quickly is the seals on the windows replaced. The front and back windows have leaks. The wood around the inside of the front window has rot from the leak and will need replacing. The belly band seems to be in good condition and doesn t leak. We kept it under a cover when we weren t using it.

So if you re looking for a neat vintage trailer that is a ton of fun and can be pulled with almost anything, this is for you. With a little more work and upgrading it will be a fantastic one with many more years of camping fun!
