Hi Folks,

We have decided we won't be able to complete our restoration project and will sell our 1978 Boler. All pictures of progress are in the thread on Fiberglass RV in the Boler section. There is still a good bit of work to be done, but anyone handy with some tools and time can get this going fairly quickly.

Current state is closest to the one you see of the rig on the new frame with windows and door removed. The inside needs to be built due to original wood interior being rotten from moisture discarded .

We're asking 5500. Highlights are:

New Frame

New Wheels/Tires the tires have never been used but may need to be replaced simply from age

New axle

New inside floor

Underside coated with a truck bed liner compound

A lot of body work done, but more to go

All sorts of parts new : windows, some electrical components, ice box non electric , door lock, Fantastic Fan, etc.

Thanks.

That looks like a great start. Where are you located and what does the interior look like?

We're in north Seattle area. The interior is empty and needs to be built - the original had poorly constructed all wood interior (not fiberglass like some Bolers) that was rotten and moldy from all the leaking rivets. All the rivet holes are patched up and the plan was to fiberglass in wood blocks that would be used to attach interior cabinetry to avoid rivets.
