It is a small vintage fiberglass trailer, purchased in moderate shape with all original interior, and we remodeled it to meet the needs of a family of four. We pulled out the table and benches, they worked fine but were too small for us. Instead we installed an elevated queen bed frame with space for storage or for the kids to sleep. We took out the plumbing and sink, as it didn t fit our needs, the pump was broken and felt the water tank was taking up too much space we still have the tank . Our desire was to create more counter space, and versatility, so we removed the 2 burner stove but kept a propane hookup so we could attach and detach our own camp stove. We removed the propane refrigerator, to create more space as it didn t work we still have the fridge in case the buyer wants to refurbish it . The heater works great, heating the trailer even in temperatures below freezing. It has solar, but needs a new battery and controller. The trailer is wired but needs some new fixtures lighting and outlets . The exterior is good, but there are micro cracks. The trailer lights have never worked, and we used magnetic trailer lights.
