For Sale 1978 Trillium 4500 Deluxe 9,000 Helena, MT
The addition of a fifth family member has us expanding beyond our 4500. The cushions have been recovered with sunbrella fabric and backed with marine vinyl. the curtains are also sunbrella. It could probably use a belly band job, a window reseal and a buff, the gel coat is dull but not chalky but it is in good shape. The floor is solid. There is a small crack under the door as shown in the picture , it hasn't expanded since I bought the trailer 6 years ago. I just haven't gotten around to fixing it. The windows are all in good functioning shape.
The electrical is all functioning on shorepower but I never attempted to hook up a battery. The plumbing seemed fine when hooked up to external water but I have never used the water tank. It made the trip with me from the east coast to Montana 3 years ago and we have made regular trips with it since. I removed the fridge prior to the trip west, it was shot. The brakes function as they should and left me feeling confident on a trip over the Teton Pass this August. The frame has surface rust but was checked when the hubs were checked prior to the trip west and is solid and has the prescribed reinforcements at the bend in the frame. Dry weight, since I removed the fridge is about 1600lbs. I tow it with a Toyota Sienna.
Please let me know if you have any questions. I have a handful more pictures I can send if you are interested. Come pick it up and hit Yellowstone NP or Glacier NP on the way home!
