Hello selling my Trillium 4500 Deluxe model in Calgary. It s been stored covered since I have owned it the past 5 years and is currently in my garage. My life circumstances have changed and I no longer have the time or inclination to fix this up with a toddler.
I had a general inspection of it done when I bought it and was told the frame is in good shape, but there are a few things that I know for sure need to be done to it that are fairly standard with trailers this age:
the rivets from the belly band need to be drilled out and either fibreglass over the belly band or add a new belly band, most of the original belly band is already gone
the windows definitely need to be re sealed
there s a small hole in the rock guard on the front window I contacted trillium Joe and he has hydraulic rock guards for sale as replacements, otherwise this one is still usable, see the pics for more details
there s a small amount of damage on the front of the trailer that needs to patched with fibreglass
needs new curtains
I ve never tried the furnace or stove when we used it so no idea if those work and I m selling this as is.
The cushions and covers are all original and in decent shape given their age I d probably still eventually replace them but that s up to you.
It definitely needs a through cleaning top to bottom. I covered it in bounce sheets while it was stored so it doesn t smell too bad but needs a clean.
The jalousie windows are all in good shape and none are broken or cracked.
The deluxe model of the trillium 4500 is 15 ft not 13 and:
has a bigger bed than the regular 1300
shelves all around the top of the trailer
a window in the door, and a window in the kitchen
three burner stove
I do not have an awning.
I will not respond to low ballers I am asking 11,000 CAD or best offer.

Yes a good price, I would buy it if it had a bathroom.
Some observations: - This is not a 1979. The fact that the fridge is an RM211, (and a flat front to the kitchen) puts it in the 1976 to 1977 range. The fabric of the cushions is also an indication of the age. This could be confirmed by comparing the serial number to this list: https://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f51/serial-numbers-on-a-trillium-56121-29.html#post680425 - Those are the original curtains. - The taillights are not original. - It will need new rear support jacks. - The edging on the Ensolite is rippling. This is easy to fix. Pull it off, (it snaps back on) and boil it. - Otherwise, the Ensolite looks to be in good shape. - It appears to have the original coupler and axle. - It will need the five standard upgrades that all original Trilliums need: - Belly band repair - New Axle - Window reseal and possible plywood frame repair - New bolts to hold the coach to the frame - Remount the door In my [B][U]OPINION[/U][/B] this trailer is underpriced. If you’re looking for a Trillium 4500, I would hurry.
