1982 model
Exterior Reno completed:
New hitch
All exterior lighting upgrade to LED
Installed rear leveling jack
New roof vent installed
Reinforced door hinge mounts
Lock rekeyed
Tires replaced within last year with full size spare
Extended frame with tool box and flag pole holder
New bearings, freshly packed and greased.
Interior Reno completed:
Rear dinette removed, upgraded to 12 in memory foam mattress.
Installed bunk beds with built in ladder and 4 in memory foam mattresses
New cabinet doors
Sealed interior fiberglass inside cabinets
Added shelving to large cabinet
Replaced headliner with added reflectix insulation
Installed new subfloor
Installed smart core, waterproof vinyl planking
Custom curtains and insulated window coverings
Reno in progress:
Trim lock purchased, not installed. Will be included.
A/C purchased, not installed. Will be included.
Additional info:
Water tank is in good condition, but the hose needs replaced.
Stove in good condition, not used.
Wiring for 12 volt system is included.
Exterior could use updated paint mostly cosmetic but there are some spider cracks in gel coat which would be fixed with updated paint .
Clean title. Replacement will be provided original got wet .
In the Texas panhandle. Possibly willing to drive to meet buyer for additional fee.
