1982 U haul CT13
This sweet girl served my husband and I well for the last 7 years. Since we planned to travel further to more diverse climates, we bought a larger trailer with more upgrades. Now sadly, it is time for us to part ways. We have so many great memories camping with her and she still has a lot of life left in her. These trailers were built for U haul to be used as rental units as a precaution they were built tough with a double wall fiberglass shell and heavy duty frame. They have a massive aluminum rear bumper.
We never weighed her but she is likely around 1300 lbs. I pulled her with my 2014 Ford Escape w/ tow package rated to 3500 lbs , which I am also selling.
Water: City water or hand pump
Power: 15 AMP and battery in good condition solar panel still works.
Stove: 2 burner works
Running Lights: 4 pin connector all working. Previous owner added LEDs to rear rather than converting the original U haul lights.
We always had her covered w/ a tarp and tires covered through the winter. New tires would be a good idea, since they are at least 7 years old. We never had any collisions and there's no evidence of any collisions previous to our having owned her.
As far as original U haul equipment, she is missing the icebox and the furnace because we preferred the storage space. We never had the bunk bed parts or cushions and preferred having space to dine or sit. We have the original cushions for the double bed, which we preferred to keep set up permanently.
I have a clear title and tags are good until 2020. I'm asking 4,500 obo and not interested in trades.
