It's time to say farewell to our beloved Bigfoot 17 Deluxe. It is in great shape. It is vintage with all original interior, including upholstery and window coverings they are in great shape .

We bought the Bigfoot in 2015 from the original family in Morinville, AB. We have done some upgrades to it but have been careful to keep it as original as possible. The major upgrades were done only a few years ago and they include:

2015. 4 lift with a new 3500lbs axle, hubs, brakes and leaf springs. The lift makes it a better height for pulling with a truck or SUV. The original is terribly low and prone to hitting the ground.

2015. New gas and 110V hot water heater.

2015. LED lights installed throughout.

2015. New propane regulator and pigtails.

2015. 12v 100amh Battery. It still works OK, but should be replaced if you plan on dry camping a lot.

2018. Hooked up 2 solar panels. They are not roof mounted so they can be moved to face the sun. This is enough for running lights, charging phones, water pump etc.

2019. New tires, original hubcaps are still on it.

2019. Multiple USB ports, voltage meter and cigarette lighter 12v outlet.

2019. Made a 6 inch extension for the front bed and added a new 5 memory foam mattress. I will include the extension and the mattress in the sale, but it is currently set up in its original configuration.

2019. Installed a Fan tastic vent fan and full cover for rain and being able to drive with it open.

2020. Installed a new toilet.

2020. New 2000lbs Curt tongue jack installed.

Other details:

It can sleep 4. Technically it can sleep 5 with the bunk

Wet bathroom has a shower.

3 way fridge works great.

4 burner stove with cover works great. The oven, however, I cannot get it to light.

Forced air furnace is not working. I have a spare furnace of similar vintage but never got around to figuring out the issue. Since it's forced air and uses the battery for the fan, I would recommend simply using a catalytic tent heater that does not drain your battery.

2 20lbs propane tanks, mostly full, good to 2025

Lower front part of the trailer, and hitch, have been painted with rubberized rock guard truck liner .

I will include an adjustable hitch with leveling bars.

Water pump and all tanks are good.

Dry weight is 1875lbs

Original manuals for pretty much everything

Asking 9,900 CDN

Beware of Scams

I love your trailer. Care to take a drive to beautiful Sea Cliff, NY? Hope all is well with our northern neighbors.
