Purchased this gem and enjoyed it for one season but the wife would prefer something with more "conveniences".... So she must go. I have title in hand.
The camper was is good shape when I purchased her and I have made some improvements: new table, wooden counter top, folding dinette cushion support, LED's inside and a few other small things here and there. She is clean and certainly ready to go camping.
