1987 Scamp 5th wheel 19 foot. Deluxe model. We are selling because we bought a motorhome. Have owned used and loved this camper yearly for last nine years. We have never used the water heater or furnace. I know the furnace is not working properly because the fan hits the enclosure when running so I unhooked it. The roof AC which works great has a heater in it and we always used that. The interior is in good used shape. The water tanks and all plumbing work. No current water leaks. Some former leaks above closet that was patched with some roofing tape. A hole from where the awning came loose was patched with caulk. A new awning or some fiberglass repair will close the hole. No soft areas in the floor. Was one area below toilet that had water damage and I replaced the wood and coated with rubber patch. No rust on frame. Pulls great brakes work great. All cushions in good shape. Carpet is original and is fully useable but could be replaced. Curtains are newer. We replaced the original mattress with a foam one, and it s awesome! Fifth wheel hitch is included, but still attached to my truck so I would need to remove it. We are asking 12000. But willing to accept an offer.
