SOLD!

Selling my 1993 Casita. I bought it in October of last year and have used it for about 4 months total. It's too small for me and my pup to live in full time, so unfortunately I have to sell.

While on the road I noticed a couple of things that needed to be fixed and did as much as I could. Here is what I've updated/added:

Replaced back floor wood it was rotted

New converter

Lithium Battery

Added Solar Panels

Updated grey tank to a 3" hub

Tankless hot water heater

New Maxx Fan

New LP Tanks amp; Hose

New Spare Tire

New blinds you'll have to buy mounting hardware and mount yourself

A couple of things that could still be done:

the fridge only runs on LP right now

the door on the cabinet below the fridge is hanging on by one hinge.

the shower drains very slowly

when emptying the grey tank it trickles towards the end. I've heard there is a way to fix this, just haven't researched it much.

Selling AS IS. The price takes into account the items that could be fixed.
