SOLD
This is the deluxe version, abundant oak cabinetry and trim, of the Scamp 5th wheel. We have kept it as it came from the factory, except for a few interior and exterior mods. The standard features are:
- R15 insulation
- 30 amp converter
- 12 volt lighting system
- 1 110 volt led light over cooking area
- clothes closet by entry door
- sliding windows w/screens
- 2 ceiling vents; 1 in the loft bed, 1 over the dining area
- rear stabilizer jacks
- 12' manual Fiamma awning
- Oak cabinets and trim
- wet bath/toilet/shower
- dining area that makes a bed
- full time queen sleeping area in loft
- Coleman AC
- 3 burner cook top
- 2 drawers below cooktop
- 4.6 cf refrigerator
- 6 gal water heater
- 12 gal on demand freshwater tank
- 26 gal grey water tank
- 15 gal black water
- dual propane tanks
- entry light by door.
- bi fold screen door
- 10" electric brakes
- 14" tires
We have added the following:
- Electric motor on the front landing gear no more raising/lowering landing gear by hand
- propane regulator that switches to the full tank when one tank is empty
- new water heater gas valve and thermocouple
- custom cutting board/cooktop cover
- Led bulbs in all 12 volt fixtures
- custom blackout curtains
- battery is 2 years old
- tires are 2 years old
- the new reese hitch
- LED running and tail lights
- vinyl plank flooring
- 11 inch memory foam mattress in the loft bed
- 2 tread entry steps
