I am selling or trading with cash my 1997 Casita Spirit deluxe. It is in really good condition, No leaks and everything works as it should, although I have never used the hot water heater. It does have the optional lift. It is in good shape, considering its age as it qualifies for historical plates here in Ohio. I use it twice a year to camp with my grandchildren at a local campground 15 mins away or we hang out for summer fun on our property. I often say it is small and has it all , It is ready to go. I have vinyl decals as my personal touch but they are easy to remove. I am wanting a newer Casita or prefer a ParkLiner, 2014 or newer somewhere around there. If you still want to have a camper, but need some cash then let me know if you d like to trade your newer camper for my older camper and some cash. It also is for sale without trading.
