SOLD!!! For Sale is a 1997 16' Scamp with bunk beds and the standard interior. We have owned it since 2013 and health issues move us to sell it. The interior doors and table have been replaced with Birch veneer plywood. The seat cushions were replaced 3 yrs ago with new scamp cushions in green. I am 6' 1 and find the rear bed large enough as is the trailer head room. A hanging microwave has been installed next to the 2 burner gas stove top. It has an interior stool, 10 gal black tank and a hand sprayer that minimizes flush water for fewer trips to the dump station. There is a roof mounted vent and we have never noticed any sewer smell. There is a wall mounted towel rack. There are 20 gallon tanks for both the fresh and gray water. There is no shower. There is an AC only refrigerator. It has the old roof mounted rabbit ears extending tv antenna. There is a CD player and speakers installed. We use a portable electric heater. It has a cabinet mounted AC that has maybe 10 hrs use on it. There is also a 2 spd reversible ceiling fan. The screen door is in good condition.

The outside is in good condition with a few stone chips on the lower front. Windows don't leak but there is often condensation on the glass in the morning that we wipe with a towel. There is a front gravel shield to protect the front window. Tires are good and it has electric brakes. The battery box is large enough to store a water hose and levelling blocks. I weighed the trailer at a gravel yard and it came in at 2250 lbs with empty tanks and no previsions.
