1998 Scamp RV, Excellent cond'n. Looks great and tows easily.
If you're in the market for a camper that has no issues, needs no repairs, just ready to drive off and camp this is the one.
Everything functions as it should, no issues.
Has been meticulously maintained and kept clean. Mostly barn kept, as evidenced by condition.
13' model with full size bed / dinette, and front couch / bunk beds. Full length coat closet and lots of storage cabinets.
Fiberglass shell eliminates worry about leaks, and insulates the camper well.
Extremely lightweight, easy to tow can be towed with an SUV , and very easy to maintain.
Large enough to camp comfortably, but small enough to fit in a tent site, and store in your garage.
Sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids.
For those that think they need an onboard bathroom this unit doesn't have one, which I preferred after having sewage accidents and spills over the years with other campers! Happy to share my tried n' true tips on better "waste" solutions, and why it is definitely better to not have to deal with pump outs and dump outs. Plus, allows for more room for lounging and/or storage, which is appreciated in a 13' camper.
No leaks whatsoever. All window/door seals and rivets are secure. Inside insulation aka "rat fur" is in perfect condition. Ceiling has screened vent hatch, all windows snd screens are in perfect shape.
Solid floor and frame, no soft spots. Has rear stabilizers flip down from rear bumper . Tounge jack works perfectly and easily.
Axel is strong and secure.
Wheels and tires are in great shape including spare with Scamp cover , relatively new low miles, good tred . Bearings have been packed recently.
There is an attached battery compartment on the tounge, but I never used a battery, I plugged into shore power. Also did not use the propane, but hook up is still there for both and were tested to be in working order if needed.
A few extras also included:
The correct size hitch ball required to tow it, owners manual and added Scamp info, propane tank, small microwave, mini fridge, additional throw pillows, and reading lamp.
Original curtains are included also; they're not in the photos because I had already removed them for cleaning.
Clear title and bill of sale provided.
