VERY RARE LAYOUT: BUNK Beds and a KING size BED!
BRIEFLY: 16 foot Casita with a roof top Coleman AC and heater , Microwave, dual fuel Dometic Refrigerator, Externally mounted Speaker with a bright light for dancing around fire and grilling to music. All of these were frequently used by us. Not used but there: sink with a manual crank faucet, two burner gas stove, cook vent, gas furnace, TV with DVD, big solar panel on roof, Porta Potty still in box, etc.
NO BATHROOM.
NOT SO BRIEFLY: Selling our beloved Casita 16' that provided us with so many memories and joy over the last 5 years. Kids have outgrown the bunk beds and it's time to move on. Hope you have as much fun as we did and that it proves as trusty as it has been to us.
This is possibly the most versatile layout out there: you can have a KING size bed priceless for tired parents and for those mornings when kids jump in , OR you can have a standard bed AND a table, OR you can have TWO side by side tables for doing projects or god forbid working AND eating. See the pics!
We just left it as a KING size bed and spent as much time outside as we could. By the way, we have a special "cool foam" mattress to put on top of casita pillows for those who may want it. Bought it on Amazon for 100 200, don't remember. Among other notable UPGRADES: new ish 15" wheels and tires including spare , Bully plastic net to keep the top bunk safer, LED external lamps, LED reading lamp and two outlets with USB ports, strategically placed wall mounted bottle opener.
This is a very simple and easy to live with trailer. We towed it with a minivan. We camped at State Parks and National Parks and County Parks and even a couple of private campgrounds and used their facilities. It worked!
Ask me questions. I hope it goes to someone who appreciates it for what it is. I will list it on this forum only for now because I want someone from here to have it. I wish we could keep it, but life is life. I am sure I'll regret selling it later.

Any ideas why?
It might help to change the title of your ad to something like: 1999 Casita w/ King and Bunk Beds
(When I saw your title under new posts, I thought you were selling the bunk beds from a 1999 Casita.)
I was expecting a 13’ since the front bunks are more common in the smaller size. In Casita-speak, yours is a 16’ Liberty Standard. “Liberty” is the large, multi-configurable, longways bed and “Standard” means it has bunk beds. Best wishes with your sale!
Thanks Jon and sunnyone!
It's good to know what you have. Liberty Standard.
Now all I have to do is sell it! :loltu
Somewhat surprised
That I still have it!
We were gone for 2 weeks and must have missed a couple of inquiries because of that but otherwise it was pretty quiet.
Any ideas why? Is it the price? I don't think it's unreasonable and usually people try to bargain if that's the ONLY issue.
We had one person come and take a VERY thorough look around (I had no idea how thorough an inspection can be) but unfortunately his better half wasn't sold on camping, period.
Appreciate any feedback and just wanted to mention that we went camping with our new-to-us larger 22' trailer but our BED is much SMALLER! Guess what was the biggest gripe?! Maybe we should rename this forum
"large bed haters" because clearly people aren't that interested in our HUGE KING bed!! :loltu
I dunno about you but to us sleeping is kinda SUPER important when camping - that's the only time you rest!
Anyway, let me know if you have any thoughts/suggestions. I really wanted this to go to someone from this forum where I got so many great ideas and shared thoughts/experiences, but I will now advertise it on Casita forum and just everywhere.
Summer is finally here in So Cal - don't let this season pass you by!
Cheers, everyone.
