This camper is located in southern Maine, has been meticulously cared for, and is in terrific shape. She sleeps three, with a full size bed in the back also a four person dinette and a twin size bed also a two person dinette along the side. She has a bathroom toilet, sink ,shower , a kitchenette new stove top, sink, fridge, microwave , and plenty of storage space. There is air conditioning for hot days, a furnace and a fan heater for cold days, and a fan/vent for circulation.
Outside, there is an awning, a metal cargo carrier on the back, a new air conditioning shroud, and hard never installed and soft sided propane tanks holders. Bearings and brakes were recently disassembled, cleaned and repacked, all interior acorn nuts and exterior rivets/cover buttons have been replaced, as have the tires. The camper comes with her own custom made Calmark cover.
There are photos of the original cushions as well as the custom made denim slipcovers, throw pilllow covers, and window valances.

any Casita 16 or 17 has a 3500 lb GWR, and by the time you pack food, beverages, dishes, cookware, clothing, towels, you're usually pretty close to that, especially if you need to fill the water tank before arriving, or drive with full waste tanks to somewhere you can dump.

unless its been actually weighed as-is, the manufacturers dry weight is usually minus any options and optimistically low..
I always tow based on the GWR as I don't go camping with an empty trailer or vehicle. clothes, bedding, pots, pans, dishes, food, beverages all add up pretty fast.
The Casita sold this morning to a lovely couple from Vermont. Does anyone know how I remove the listing?
I'd love to know what she sold for? Don't see it on the listing and wondering about the value of mine. Thanks
