I have owned thisCasita for 3 years and have done the following: Installed high lift axle withnew tires, 15" rims spun balanced; Also installed new brake drums and newwheel bearings: Perfect Casita Universal over the tank utility platform; vinyl plankfloor. This unit has refrigerator; A/C unit; microwave; Samsung 19' TV withSong DVD player: Wineguard Sensar Antenna; cable ready port; fully operationalwater heater.. All systems fully operational and in good working order. Thetrailer is licensed as a California Perm Trailer thus no yearly RV license fee.

Axle upgrade
