I have a 2001 Casita Freedom fiberglass trailer with captain chairs that sleeps four. It's got a bed for two in the back and bunk beds in the front. Has a sink, two burner stove, two way fridge, grey water tank. Bearings were repacked last year. All the rivets were replaced with brand new and sealed with extra silicon in September. All the rivets on the belly band were drilled out as the original ones were never long enough from factory and they actually expanded in the fiberglass lip from the lower body and overtime they all start popping up on all Casitas. So, I replaced them all with longer rivets and put metal washers under the lower fiberglass lip to make sure the joint is now stronger than it came from the factory. All bolts on hinges that were not stainless were replaced with stainless steel bolts. It doesn't leak anywhere and doesn't need any fixing. Trailer weight is only 1,730 lb so it's super easy to tow even with a small SUV or a VAN. I'm a third owner of this trailer in Canada. The first owner who imported it from the US had an AC installed on the front lower bed with the AC opening coverable with the original cut out from the shell. So adding a small AC is easy if needed. Though it has a good insulation so we never needed an AC even when camping in a desert of Osoyoos, BC. Also the previous owner replaced the old 3 way fridge with an electric 2 way fridge. It works great and reaches cold operating temps within an hour of turning it on. Trailer has been maintained and in the winter kept with a dehumidifier turned on. Frame is good and not rusted. Price is 17,800CAD which is about 13,600USD. Trailer needs nothing and is ready for camping right away. Currently trailer is registered in Canada but can be re imported back to the US. Trailer is currently stored in Point Roberts, WA and can be viewed pretty much any time.

All the rivets on the belly band were drilled out as original ones were never long enough from factory and they actually expanded in fiberglass lip from the lower body and overtime they start popping up as that fiberglass is softer. I replaced them all with longer rivets and put metal washers under the lower fiberglass lip to make sure the joint is now stronger than it came from the factory. All bolts on hinges that were not stainless were replaced with stainless steel bolts. It doesn't leak anywhere and doesn't need any fixing. Trailer weight is only 1,730lb so it's super easy to tow even with a small SUV or a VAN. I'm a third owner of this trailer in Canada. The first owner who imported it from the US had an AC installed on the front lower bed with the AC opening coverable with the original cut out from the shell. The second owner removed that AC and just covered it with that cut out locked with butterfly nuts and taped the frame on the inside to smooth out the edges you will see that on pictures on the lower front bed . Carpeted interior serves as good insulation in the summer so we never needed an AC even when camping in a desert of Ossoyoos, BC. Also the previous owner replaced the old 3 way fridge with an electric 2 way fridge. It works great and starts cooling within an hour of turning it on. Trailer has been maintained and in the winter kept with a dehumidifier turned on. Frame is good and not rusted. Currently trailer is registered in Canada but can be re imported back to the US. Trailer is currently stored in Point Roberts, WA and can be viewed pretty much any time. Price is 22,000CAD or 17,000US

I have a 2001 Casita Freedom with captain chairs that sleeps four. It's got a bed for two in the back and bunk beds in the front. No shower or toilet, it has a sink, two burner stove, two way fridge, sink and a grey water tank. Bearings were repacked last year. All the rivets were replaced with brand new and sealed with extra silicon in September.
