We recently purchased this 2001 Casita Spirit Deluxe 16' for the sole purpose of taking a 3 week camping trip. As we suspected, we fell in love with the camper. But for now, we live in a townhome community and cannot keep the camper here, so we are selling it we fully expect to be back on these forums in a few years to buy another! .
Here are some recent upgrades/features:
painted cabinets and doors
vinyl flooring
new Progressive Dynamics PD4655V Inteli Power 4600 Series Converter/Charger with Charge Wizard 55 Amp
new Shurflo water pump
new Fantastic Fan
New hot water heater gas valve
Powered hot water heater anode so you don't have to replace it every year
New small shelf in bathroom
New axle with larger tires installed
New kitchen faucet taller and more functional
Water heater is propane/electric fridge can be electric/propane/12v
exterior kitchen connection
Includes a 100W solar system with solar charger and a 1500W inverter system for boondocking.
Note about the awning: the unit will come with an awning if you want it , but it is in disrepair. It may only need two replacement bars, which should be an easy project for the right person. However, we found that a Clam tent or similar screen room is just as effective, if not better, which is what we used.

Price is $11,500. Not sure why that didn't show in the title, but I will fix it.

It is still available and yes, there is a furnace which is in midst of being repaired or replaced.
