Casita Freedom Deluxe 17'. Selling the whole rig for health reasons. See the 2006 Tacoma ad in the tow vehicle section. Fourth owner, all non smokers. Clean inside and out. Just had it professionally washed but needs wax. Awning has wind and hail damage.
Tanks: 25 gal. fresh, 15 gal. gray, 15 gal. black. 85 watt solar panel, gel cell battery new 2018. Added two 12 volt outlets. All LED lights. Replaced Fantastic fan, added Ultra Breeze vent cover. CO2 alarm. Replaced furnace motherboard. New Atwood 2 burner cooktop. New water pump. Optional pantry shelf in microwave cabinet. Closet shelf pattern set. Custom covers for swivel captains chairs original upholstery is fine . Eclipse thermal blackout curtains. Reflectix shades for all windows. Electric tongue jack. Heavy duty tow chains. Clip on tow mirrors. Upgrade to 15" wheels. New tires. Replaced electric brakes.
Little House Customs mods/upgrades: bathroom remodled sink/shower fixtures amp; water lines. Kitchen sink high rise faucet. Valvectomy amp; under sink hepvo installation at kitchen/bathroom/shower. Fast gray drain kit. Kitchen vent hood removal amp; damper installation. Window Maxx vent on rear window.
