2002 17' Casita Spirit Deluxe
Kitchen has sink, 2 burner cook top with vent hood, fan light. 2 way Fridge gas electric.
Brand new microwave oven above fridge. 2 dinettes. Full bath with toilet, sink and shower.
Black and Grey holding tanks. 16 gallon fresh water holding tank with electric pump.
Water heater gas electric. Roof Air Cond. w/heat strip also. Furnace w/thermostat control.
3 speed Fantastic fan/roof vent, two 20 lb. Propane tanks w/auto change over regulator and LP
tank cover. HD Dexter 3500 axle, Complete new Elec. brakes and repacked wheel bearings.
All factory manuals and 2 sets of keys. This camper is very clean and looks to have had very little
use, not perfect but very nice shape. Come take a look.
