| <p>2002 Scamp 13 Deluxe 18,500 firm. </p><p>IMPORTANT: Weight is 1600lb , with 1 7/8 ball hitch. <br />You will need a tow vehicle with adequate capacity to pull this rig. <br /> We tow with a 6cyl Toyota.</p><p>IMPORTANT: Interior height is a modest 6 feet.</p><p>We have maintained this camper very, very well and it is absolutely turnkey and ready for your camping adventures or to use as a cozy home or Air BB guest space. </p><p>No hidden repair surprises with this rig. | <p>2002 Scamp 13 Deluxe 18,500 firm. Yes, we re asking a grip of money for this rig because it s absolutely worth this much. From what we have read on the forum posts, we doubt Scamp is making any newer rigs with the same care and attention to building it as properly as this was done, this rig is solid and well built. If you contact us please don t negotiate or gripe about the price, you either want it or you don t. Cash/ transaction at my bank in Sonoma CA is a must, no exceptions.</p><p>We have maintained this camper well and it is turnkey and ready for your camping adventures or to use as a cozy home. You can literally hitch her up and head out to camp. No hidden repair surprises. <br /> No pets and no kids have been in this lil rig. </p><p>Very good condition Deluxe model with bath/shower at front, wood cabinetry, lots of functional storage, propane/electric appliances and 12v outlets.</p><p>Gel coat needs a wax. Body, frame and axel all in very good/excellent condition. New tires in 5/2019 ST175/80R1391/87L they have 1,500 highway miles on them.</p><p>Kitchen with fridge, 2 burner stove and sink with small window over sink . Two storage cabinets overhead.</p><p>Rear dinette converts to camper full size bed. City Water storage tank under dinette bench. Side and rear windows slide open/closed. Two storage cabinets above dinette. New, custom made and fitted dinette cushion covers zip/slip on/off. Unique vintage fabric curtains throughout.</p><p>Full length storage cabinets w/shelving opposite from kitchen, next to entry door. Additional two large storage cabinets on side of bath, in main cabin near entry door.</p><p>HAS: Air conditioner, fan above dinette, furnace heater, tv antenna/reception. 2 front tounge propane tanks, and one rear mount spare tire which is new 2019. Has a 2yr old deep cycle marine battery, which we keep on a trickle charger when not in use with camper.</p><p>New converter installed 2019, all installation documents available. <br /><br />Original lighting interior/exterior not LED .<br /></p><p>Rat fur and all interior in very clean and perfect condition, no stains, marks or odors. All propane and electrical systems in excellent working condition. Absolutely no leaks, and we never had any pest entry. This rig is sealed well.</p><p>Possible projects: The trim around original dinette table is beginning to crack a little. Interior and exterior silicone should get a fresh seal, basic routine maintenance. Some of the exterior snap caps need replacement. </p><p>The original locking door handle hardware is on entry door, which is very basic. Has original dark blue/gray colored marine/industrial carpet. I am interested in your Scamp. Is the 1600 lb weight the dry weight or with full tanks? Our vehicle can tow up to 1750 lbs. We live in Grass Valley and can come to look at it without too much trouble.
