2002 19FT. SCAMP DELUXE 5TH WHEEL

First of all I am not a good writer of ads. I will do my best to describe my camper. My wife and I have enjoyed it for 14 years we are both in our 80s and my bride is going to have surgery and we feel that getting up and down from the 5th wheel loft may be a problem.

The camper is in very good condition, ready to go camping. I have kept it covered for the most part when not in use. It has never been smoked in and no pets. A small de humidifier was used during the humid season.

This camper is equipped with the following features: Shower package, Air conditioner ; Power range hood 12 V; 4.6 cu. ft. Refrigerator gas or 110 AC; Furnace16000 BTU w/thermostat; 10 foot awning; Dual gas tanks with switch over; Screen door; Plenty of cabinets for storage; 2 inch receiver for a bike rack; New Progressive Dynamics PD4000 power control center; Tires installed in 2017 Carlisle. CAL MARK cover. Brakes shoes and hubs all new in 3/2019; 5th wheel truck hitch; Buddy Bearing grease fittings. 25ft 30 amp AC

Can deliver if given enough time to plan the trip. Also I will be selling the truck used to pull the camper. A 2008 Dodge Dakota Laramie Crew Cab 4x2, V8. 155000 miles, clean no rust well maintained, have all records, 9100.00 for truck, or 21,900 both.

I have kept it covered for the most part when not in use. It has never been smoked in and no pets. A small de humidifier was used during the humid season. A new AL LO Bolt on axle was installed during the summer of 2008 by a certified welder and during that time the vehicle was raised approximately 3inches.

This camper is equipped with the following features: Shower package, includes shower, toilet, and sink. I made a outside telescoping TV antenna to mount the equipped antenna to, that can easley removed.

All campers will have leaks sooner our later. But no structural damage if you catch them early. I have had a few but corrected them with stainless steel fasteners. It should be noted that the biggest cause of leaks is not doing maintenance on the windows, ie cleaning out the weep holes. I had a leak around the top vent while camping and stopped the leak using the white 4 inch rubberized tape on roof area. There are some cosmetic items that have been addressed like a small quarter size fiberglass repair. In the bathroom there are some rub marks on wall will attempt to see if white spray paint will fix it. The table has a small piece of the edge trim damaged. Has the usual door issue that is inherit to Scamp. I have the latest new seals for the door that have not been installed. If I think of anything else that needs attention I will advise at that time of inquiry. I noticed after proof reading I kind'a skipped around a bit but I think you get a good idea of what I have for sale.

Can deliver if given enough time to plan the trip. Also I will be selling the truck used to pull the camper.
