2002 16 foot Scamp trailer. Trailer is in good condition and is ready to hit the road. It sports larger 14 wheels, wood cabinet doors mostly didn't replace the two by the door and a new bathroom sink fixture. This layout has a bathroom in front, no side dinette, so has stove and sink opposite with more counter space and a large storage closet. Bed/dinette arrangement. Has inverter and 12V plugs. We have used this trailer primarily for boondocking so it has no water heater or air conditioner installed. Both of these items are available if you wish to use them Saved them when I removed them. Awning, screen door, and two different sized tables. The trailer comes with an after market Wave heater that hooks up to an external propane tank. This is a catalytic heater that is safe to use indoors. We used this trailer for 15 years, but decided to go slightly larger last year.
