Mariaandskip, lol good question! Mechanically everything works the way it is supposed to. Being a 2004 there is some wear in the carpet around the bed. But I've used throw rugs. Everything else was factory installed and is in good operating condition.
Is there a rust problem? I notice that you live on an island and salt air and steel don't get along well. Sorry for all the questions but we want to feel good about purchasing what will be our home. Biloxi is still a long drive from Boca Raton, FL. Skip
I understand your concerns. As with any areas surrounded by water there will be concerns. There is slight surface rust on hitch area which can be sanded and treated and slightly on hubcap area again with a little steel wool can be treated. Other than that clean as a whistle.

Just a quick update. Sold! Sorry for not responding earlier but with dealing with a hurricane and what life brings with it I'm so happy for the new owners and kinda sad for me. I love that trailer.
