SALE IS PENDING. Currently vacationing in CO but home base is TX. Willing to sell in CO and save you the trip to TX. After much thought, we decided that our years of RVing are coming to an end. We will be home in the North Dallas area soon, unless we sell here.
This solid trailer has many added features beyond the original package photo of build sheet is included.
Improvements:
Four new extra heavy duty springs installed two years ago.
Two 6 volt batteries installed a year ago.
Battery monitor system, AiLi brand, installed a year ago.
New power converter installed 1 2 yrs ago.
Electric management system, Progressive Industry, installed 4 yrs ago.
Dometic refrig/freezer replaced 7 yrs ago.
All interior lights changed to LED.
EasyStart added to AC to allow a 1000 watt generator to power it.
Dinette upholstery is flawless leather and dinette table is upgraded to Corian.
Waste tank output is modified for easier use.
New luxury vinyl floor planks.
Tires are 4 years old.
Equal I zer sway control hitch.
Wheel bearings are 2 years old.
Slide out storage under each dinette seat has been added.
Water heater modified to run on 110 volt as well as gas not 12 volt
Roof has never leaked.
Will sell with trailer: Honda 1000 generator, 4 panel solar kit, TV and DVD player will not sell separately.
OTHER:
This is 17 yrs old but has been well cared for. The original exterior decals show age. The exterior is not clean right now because we are on vacation and has road dirt. The fiberglass is in excellent condition. The awning has sun damage but is totally functional. 30 lb Propane tanks should probably be replaced.
