We are the second owners and have all of the original paperwork
Original options ordered are:
High lift axle
Fiamma F45 awning
AC with heat strips
Propane furnace
2 way water heater propane and electric
3 way refrigerator
25 gallon fresh water tank upgrade
5 cushions
We ordered new seat cushion covers solid blue from Casita and installed those.
We ve made / had the following modifications done since we took ownership:
Fast grey tank mod from LHC this makes the grey water flow like a river
Replaced the fantastic fan with a Max air 2 fan with cover and remote control
Removed 2 burner stove gas lines capped off and vent hood and added double dome light where range hood was removed. Stove could be purchased and easily re installed.
Replaced p trap with hepvo valve in shower drain
Installed 15 inch chrome wheels and Goodyear Endurance tires spare is 14
Added toilet water supply turn off valve LHC
Added utopia high rise faucet and Phoenix swivel aerator LHC
Added a fold down TV mount ready to hold your tv
Added counter extension from LHC
Added Trimetric TM 2030 boondocker battery monitor
Added solar connector under battery compartment
Replaced converter with progressive dynamics PD4600
Additional 12 volt by door and USB added by rear cabinet
Battery disconnect switch added under DS dinette seat
All interior bulbs replaced with LED bulbs along with the exterior bulbs, where available amber lenses added to front and door lights
Added storage shelving from Target for additional storage in the closet easily removable
