Update Sold Rare find 16 Casita Spirit Deluxe in good condition. Greenville, SC. Dry weight is between 1,970 and 2,185 pounds. We towed thiswith our 2008 Toyota Highlander! We are the 2nd owner and have only used it three times since purchasing from owner in 2017. No smoking.
Rear bed converts to dinette , side dinette converts to a single bed , microwave, two burner stove top with overhead vent and light, sink with hot and cold water, plenty of storage,shower and marine toilet, 6 gal hot water heater, 16 gal freshwater tank, 25gal grey water, 10 gal black water tank, heater, air conditioner, newer deep cycle battery, 10' Fiamma awning. Extras include: anti sway bar, electric brakes, trailer hitch, mattress topper with bedding, vacuum, curtains over blinds, some kitchenware, small coffee maker, toiletries, welcome mat, extra dinette cushion covers reversable , outdoor rug, Casita A Z owner s guide, all maintenance receipts and records. 2400 miles on tires Clean title.
