Beautiful well maintained 2010 Casita Spirit Deluxe. It's been my pride and joy. Always covered when not in use. It has lived in a warm dry climate.
All Factory options to include;
Air conditioner with heat strip, furnace, awning, fantastic fan with MaxAir rain cover, outside shower, electric/propane DSI water heater, high lift axle, refrigerator fan, 25 gallon fresh water tank, 15 inch wheels and tires, swaybar.
Additional upgrades:
toilet shut off valve, shelves in closet, lighted water heater and water pump switches, fridge button guard, interior and exterior LED lights, fridge hinge reinforcement plate, fridge shelf reinforcements, rear receiver hitch.
Additional upgrades installed by Little House Customs:
Double entry step, shock kit, Automatic A/C mod, Hepo valve in shower, BAL scissor jacks on all four corners, solar port for portable solar panel, Anderson battery disconnect, gray tank vent mod.
Included are all original documents, 90 watt solar panel, CalMark cover, Progressive Industries portable surge protector, leveling blocks and a box full of spare parts, i.e. rivets, caps, cabinet latches, vent caps etc, etc. I'm a belt and suspenders kind of guy, so I like lots of back up.
