SOLD: One owner 2010 17 Spirit Deluxe
I am selling this for a friend and it is located at my house in Pasadena, TX. It was just waxed but does need a good cleaning on the interior. Please no tire kickers or low ballers, only serious inquiries. If you are new to camping or want to camp off grid, this is the trailer for you because there is not much else, you'll need. You ll see as you read on.
All of the non factory upgrades and modifications on this Casita were done by Larry Gamble at Little House Customs LHC . I reached out to Larry and enquired about all the work that he has done to this trailer and below is a direct quote.
Some of the LHC add ons were maintenance as the trailer has a lot of miles on it but was closely maintained with two or more annual visits to our shop. On each visit, we checked everything out and made any necessary repairs. Basically, my opinion of the trailer is that it was quite well traveled but well maintained. If ours were stolen or wrecked it's the first I'd consider owning.

What do you know of the rain gutter between the roof and the stand-off Fiamma awning? Who makes it, where to purchase? Jon MB, (the other half)
