Hard to find in New England. Legendary classic molded fiberglass camper with rear four person dinette/bed we leave as full size bed and side two person dinette/single bed. Full galley 2 burner stove, 3 way fridge, sink , full wet bath sink, shower, toilet , lots of storage. Well made, easy to tow with light truck or medium SUV, new tires and battery, in very good condition. We have decided to move to a slightly larger fiberglass trailer. You will love the Casita! Maintenance: Repacked wheel bearings and electric brake service 2016. Have checked wheel grease levels occasionally, maintained tire pressures. Previous years have covered trailer and set on jackstands. All appliances worked when used. Have only used hot water heater on one trip; anode like new. Winterized with RV antifreeze until this year; blew water out of lines with compressed air this year, so no antifreeze in lines, pump, or fresh water tank.
Low mileage: c. 9,800 miles 2016 2021. No trailer travel 2018.
Previous owner: Mileage unknown. Bought new in Rice, TX 2013, and towed to NH. Made perhaps two trips to FL
Price: 23,000. Trailer needs a good bath and wax; too cold to do it now; deduct 500. Total: 22,500 cash only.
