2013 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17 feet. The cushion set is blue and gray pattern and all fabrics are in excellent condition. Optional features include a 25 gal freshwater tank, high lift Dexter axle w/15" D rated tires, cable and TV antenna ready, tongue and groove vinyl flooring, new Casper 11" memory foam double mattress 700 , custom stovetop cover/cutting board, updated galley faucet, new fresh and wastewater hoses. The 4 person dinette table and cushions are included but the photos depict our favored configuration with the memory foam mattress in place of the table. The refrigerator, AC/heater, water heater, water pump, microwave, propane tanks, and ceiling fans all work as intended. There are no known water leaks in the outer plexiglass skin or the interior plumbing. The unit has been stored either under roof or under cover for its entire life. Covers for trailer and tires are included the cover suffered minor damage from a small falling branch but has been repaired and the fiberglass of the RV was not affected . The unit is pulled easily with a mid size SUV which is NOT included. A Reese anti sway bar is included. The Casita has electric brakes and a wireless Tekonsha brake controller that can be used with any tow vehicle. Tires are near new. Battery is 4 years old and will need replacement soon. All original manuals included.
