SOLD. We are selling our 2014 ParkLiner. It has been used 4 or 5 times. We used it mostly in Virginia for weekend trips. Longer trips were in our Fifth Wheel.
Garage kept with Ref., heater, AC, water heater, bath sink and shower, 2 burner stove. It has the lounge seat option. I installed a TV w/DVD combination. Microwave.
We had this and the 32' fifth wheel until this past summer. My wife no longer can walk unassisted and climbing the stairs into the 5th wheel and then more steps to the bath.... well too much. We purchased a Class C Tiffin Wayfarer so once she was in the camper she had no more steps. The ParkLiner was just too small for the wheelchair and the bath configuration made using it impossible for her. This unit has not had problems with wheel well clearance. The door needed some additional weatherstripping and the AC did have the condensation leaking onto the floor but I pulled the unit, used a waterproofing membrane and when we park I try to elevate the kitchen side an inch or so higher than the AC side. No longer a problem. We use a small fan on the floor to circulate the cold air up to the ceiling and have been comfortable.
I also have installed a Tekonsha Prodigy RF wireless brake controller.
I pulled this camper with my Porsche Cayenne Diesel and did not trust someone to splice into the wiring of the SUV so I bought this controller. No need for one wired into the tow vehicle. Empty weight on title 2300 lbs. Loaded weight 3400 lbs.
I added and additional sewer hose storage to the battery box so there are two.
