Wonderful 2014 Parkliner for sale. We ve only had it a year but had some good times. One long road trip and a few weekend trips. I would not sell it except we are relocating to another state where space is at a premium and there is no room to store a trailer.
If you aren't familiar with Parkliners you can imagine a Casita that has some more head room and more storage but similar quality and longevity you'd expect from a fiberglass trailer.

Everything works! A/C, heat, hot water, toilet shower, stove, 3 way fridge. You name it!
Improvements since it left the factory:
- LED lights all around
- Replaced much of hardware with stainless
- Upgraded A/C unit
- Custom built closet shelves
- Solar charge controller 80W flexible panel on roof additional 120W panel provided as well
- Maxxair fan w/ remote
- Added 2X flexible hose storage to tongue area with upgraded Rhino Hose
Notable in the past 3 years:
- Replaced brakes, wheel bearings and batteries by previous owner
- New A/C unit higher BTU rating and improved venting
Comes with a plastic tote of extras. Things like:
- spare water heater element
- spare wheel bearings
- wheel chocks and leveling blocks
- spare fresh water hose
- bib bully for broken hose bib attachments
- stand alone rigid 120W solar panel and wires
- Large Outdoor rug unused
- Memory foam queen sized mattress stored in bulkhead for extra comfort Summer 2022
- Wireless 12V rear view camera monitor
