Little House Customs options all installed by Larry include OMW shock kit, 4 corner BAL stabilizer jacks, battery cutoff switch with solar plug in, Max Air vent mod, 3 way porch light switch, lighted hot water and water pump switches, toilet supply cut off valve, screen door grab bar, bathroom shelf guards and fridge hinge support. Twin bed mod to 30" installed with 3m tape, can be removed with no holes. Clear Texas title in hand and tags are current.

New, custom high density foam cushions made at City Mattress in Oklahoma City in 2017 this was a 500 upgrade that makes a huge difference in cushion and bed comfort .

Trailer taken to Little House Customs yearly for brake and bearing service. The bearings were last replaced in 11/2018.

The battery was replaced in 11/2017.

The propane detector was replaced in 11/2017.

Three ST225/75/R15 Goodyear Endurance N speed rated W/replacement warranty purchased 3/19 with only 460 miles on tires. Propane hoses replaced 3/19

The Casita has been professionally waxed every year.
