Sale Price 18,000 fair and firm
The price of this trailer in 2016 was 23,500 as specified below minus a winter 2015 16 discount of 3,500. Add 1,000 for Little House Customs, and at least 3,000 for owner modifications. The total cost was about 27,500 minus a Casita discount of of 3500.
Picked up by us in Rice, TX on 1/18/2016.

Installed by owner: shelves in hanging closet, 12V socket amp; USB over dinette, detachable power cable with surge amp; polarity protector, 50 30 watt flexible roof mount solar panels, 30 amp solar controller in former power cord compartment with Anderson power pole connector for 100 watt flexible light weight portable solar panel, marine hatch installed on freshwater tank for easy access for cleaning and sanitization, 5 x 5 square hose carrier with Rhinoflex complete RV kit, Fantastic fan vent cover. Slides on swivel chairs for sideways adjustment, 2 more stabilizers added to front corners, Andersen leveler, and electric jack.
Trailer is being sold as complete with Andersen hitch, 12v TV/DVD, all accessories noted above. The Casita is in excellent condition, waxed twice a year with Collinite 845 Wax. We ve had no real issues with any of the components or the trailer. My wife and I really love this trailer and it has served us well with no real issues, and the only reason we re selling it is now with grandkids we need a larger fiberglass trailer.
Beware of ScamsYes, I used cardboard templates for each one since the curve changes as you go up. The top ones are the narrowest.
