One owner, rarely used, meticulously maintained. Like new.In fact, better than new all found factory problems have been fixed as described below . We special ordered this camper new and endured a 5 month wait period. We have put less than 500 miles on the camper.

Sink in wet bath

Problems that were found in our brand new trailer and repaired on my time amp; dime:

Faulty trailer brake in passenger side I had to purchase a new brake assembly, and have it installed at my expense .

Fresh water tank had come loose on maiden voyage. I have built a very strong wood frame to hold it in place.

Repaired caulking around bottom of wet bath was not done correctly from Scamp

Replaced three broken rivets with stainless steel bolts

Carefully winterized each year:

Entire trailer raised onto jacks to take pressure off torsion axle

All water lines carefully cleared we have never had a leak or frozen part in the water system

Stored under custom fit Calmark cover

Battery removed for winter it died anyway, but camper now has new battery

of pressure let out of all three tires

Weight when loaded for travel fresh water full, all gear inside, grey and black tanks empty :

1950 lbs. total weight

210 lbs. tongue weight

To prepare for sale I have:

De winterized the camper and filled propane/water. I can demo each system as fully functional at showing. You could go camping when leaving from the sale.

It s a great, nearly fully loaded, very small trailer. We bought it to entice my wife into my camping hobby. Didn t work. Clean title, no wrecks, no problems. Located south of Missoula Montana.

Price is 14,000.00 cash. If you NEED to pay by any other method, I will not release the camper or title until funds have been vetted/cleared by my bank. Any fees incurred by an alternative payment method will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Oh, and there is no sales tax in my state. Up to you how you work that out, but I will not collect any sales tax.
