This is one of the early 2nd generation Escape trailers. I bought it new in 2017 and used it continuously for 6 years, so it has a fair amount of miles on it. It is mostly in good shape, the interior is very clean. It has the dinette in the rear with a large table on a pneumatic pedestal, which slides side to side making getting up from the table easier and 6'long benches on either side, very nice to lounge on! There is only a single bed in the front, a twin XL. The dinette area can be made into a queen size bed the seat cushions are new, last year but not the backs . It has a three burner stove with oven. Wet bath with oxygenics ? shower head. I installed a new Thetford foot flush toilet. Toilet has a shut off in the waterline. On the roof is a 160W solar panel which charges a 100 amp/hr Battleborne lithium battery new in 2020 . No A/C, but the wiring is there in the vent where the AC would go. The only inverter is a 400W unit I wired in. The hot water tank is propane only, has a new anode. The Maxx fan doesn't work, but I can get a new control board for it in about 6 weeks. It has awning style windows with thermal panes. Unfortunately three of them have started to turn a bit cloudy, which is only noticeable if the sun shines on them. There is a 26 gal fresh water tank, 26 gal grey tank and a 19 gal black tank. The underside of the trailer is insulated with foam. I put 4 new Carlisle tires on it last year, they have about 3500 miles on them. It would come with a Fastway E2 hitch with weight distribution, beefy wheel lock assembly and a hitch lock. Also Lynx levelling blocks and wheel chocks, plus a set of scissor tandem wheel stabilizers, and wheel covers. It has a wireless backup camera with a large display that mounts to the windshield.
