Very good shape. There is a repair on the front roof. Picture taken. It happened while camping to the original owners. I tree limb cracked the fiberglass. He fixed it with flex seal. It does not leak and I see no signs of damage on the inside of the trailer.
I added automatic brake system to the rig. They are wired so they operate when the tail lights are on. Nothing needs to be added to the tow vehicle. The original owner I am the second owner did not use the brakes at all.
