2017 with clean Indiana title. We are second owner. First owners were in suburb of Denver.

everything works, stove, furnace, refrigerator, fan in toilet and quiet roof fan in living quarters.

Includes winter cover, and wheel for jack.

Tires are dated 2 of 2019. No cracks, tread is good, st175/30 trailer tires.

There is a round patch on the front roof area that was caused by a tree limb cracking the fiberglass. I see no damage at all inside the camper. It was fixed using flexseal. I have not seen a leak. It was repaired by the first owner. everything seems new like. I installed an auto brake system that works when the tail lights are on. Nothing need be added to the tow vehicle. The original owner did not hook up the brakes, so they should be like new.

I stored the camper last winter with the weight off the axle in a dry barn with the cover on.
