This is a very common mod and I love it Will be the first think I do in the new one . It really opens up the area and there is still a vent above it in the center fantastic fan . I made a platform that worked well, but the captain's chairs must be removed and put in. It takes about an hour if you're interested in that option, I will include that stuff as well. <p>2018 Casita Freedom Deluxe 22,900</p><p>I did one significant alteration which can easily be changed back. As you can see in the pictures and video, I took out the Captain's Chairs and table and replaced it with a bed and a 10 inch cushion. We just don t use the sitting area and I didn t like crawling over my wife so this worked better for us. As I said, there is nothing screwed into the casita itself, I just built a platform and bolted it to the Captain Chair poles with a few extra supports. I can leave it as is or put it back the way it was, would only take a short time and you can have both setups. The chairs and table are sealed up and still in New condition. It s about 6 feet long, I m 5 10, 220 pounds and that's the bed I use.</p><p>We also upgraded the cushions to a very nice mattress. It is only 6 months old and has a cover on it in like new condition but I also still have the original cushions sealed up in new condition that you will have as well.</p><p>The only other modification is that I removed the vent fan over the stove. That s up to you</p><p>Everything works great, no issues at all, I would keep it and honestly thought about it but with the way these things appreciate in value, Don t want to walk away from my deposit on the new one and it s already worth more than I paid for it. 2018 Casita Freedom Deluxe 22,900I did one significant alteration which can easily be changed back. As you can see in the pictures and video, I took out the Captain's Chairs and table and replaced it with a bed and a 10 inch cushion. We just don t use the sitting area and I didn t like crawling over my wife so this worked better for us. As I said, there is nothing screwed into the casita itself, I just built a platform and bolted it to the Captain Chair poles with a few extra supports. I can leave it as is or put it back the way it was, would only take a short time and you can have both setups. The chairs and table are sealed up and still in New condition. It s about 6 feet long, I m 5 10, 220 pounds and that's the bed I use.We also upgraded the cushions to a very nice mattress. It is only 6 months old and has a cover on it in like new condition but I also still have the original cushions sealed up in new condition that you will have as well.The only other modification is that I removed the vent fan over the stove.
