Well cared for. No factory furnace. Fantastic fan needs replacement. I have the new one needs to be installed. Stabilizer jacks. Outside shower. Bathroom door to be reinstalled. It's just me and I preferred a curtain . No blinds. Blackout curtains instead. Everything else in new working order. Power hitch lift. I love my little Casita, but wanted something a bit larger.
