Ok here goes, we are selling our Escape 21. We picked up our 21 in May of 2019 and spent 2 1/2 week getting to know it on the way back to Kentucky. After a 15months of ownership we have decided to move on to a class B motorhome. Our Escape has been stored undercover or covered since new.
I will attached the build sheet which should help those interested in our Escape.
I have added a few items which are not on the build sheet.
Wood shower mat
E2 600lb trunnion weight distributing and sway control hitch.
Go Power 1500watt pure sine wave inverter with transfer switch that powers all plugs.
Under bed storage prop rod. This makes using the storage much easier.
ADCO custom Sunbrella cover
I had Escape make extra Escape stickers for the sides and rear in the same color green as our upholstery.
You may contact us through the email or Pm
Asking 44000.00 USD
Beware of ScamsI have a video of the camper on the Escape Forum
Do you have any photos of your Class B Motor Home ?
Steve, We haven't found our new unit yet however we like the Coach House models. I would like to find a Ford E450 like this. https://www.coachhouserv.com/models/platinum/platinum-272xl/ New its a bit out of our price point but on the used market they seem to deprecate quickly. We also like the single slide model with twin beds in the rear also. We looked at a local Sprinter diesel, converted by coach house that was 4 years old and priced around $80k. https://www.coachhouserv.com/models/platinum-2/ Hope to stay with molded fiberglass and quality built.

Smart decision! My 21C is completing production Nov 27th.
Wow that was fast... build quality? What if anything else changed your mind?
The idea of a motorhome appeals to us but we are still working fulltime. If we bought a MH we were looking at one 4-5 years old, so by the time we retire the unit would be 10+ years old, do I really want to travel all over in something that old? Not really. I knew that I should pull the Escape off the market when after an offer was placed on the Escape that I felt was fair, but I was not excited about the thought of moving on. The Escapes hold their value very well and the new ones keep increasing in price, which should maintain resell value for the foreseeable future. I will also say this, if you ever think that you made a mistake buying an Escape (IE: more room, fireplace, slide outs, recliners) Go look at a normal two year old RV, you will quickly remember why you bought the Escape. So unless I find a perfect Coach House MH we will be keeping the Escape.
Congratulations on your upgrade and good luck !
